Norgen’s Pathogen PCR Detection Kit is a ready-to-use system for the isolation and detection a specific pathogen using end-point PCR. The kit first allows for the isolation of the nucleic acid from several biological samples using spin-column chromatography based on Norgen’s proprietary resin. The nucleic acid is isolated free from inhibitors, and can then be used as the template in a PCR reaction for the pathogen using the provided Master Mix.
