Bisulfite Sequencing


The EpiNext High-Sensitivity Bisulfite-Seq Kit (Illumina) can be used to simultaneously bisulfite-convert DNA (>99%) and prepare an Illumina-based library for Methylseq.

Post-Bisulfite DNA NGS Libraries
The EpiNext Bisulfite-Sequencing and EpiNext High Sensitivity Bisulfite-Seq Kits include reagents for bisulfite modification as well as for subsequent library preparation.

The EpiNext Post-Bisulfite DNA Library Preparation Kits include all reagents for post-bisulfite library preparation.
The EpiNext™ NGS Barcode (Index) Set-12 for constructing multiplex DNA libraries used for next-generation sequencing with the Illumina platform including GAIIx, HiSeq and MiSeq is compatible with both formats.

RNA bisulfite-based NGS Libraries
The EpiNext™ RNA Bisulfite-Seq Kit (Illumina) is a complete set of optimized reagents designed to carry out RNA bisulfite conversion, followed by a "post-bisulfite" library preparation process for Illumina platform-based bisulfite sequencing, all in one kit.

The EpiNext™ ChIP-Seq High-Sensitivity Kit (Illumina) is a complete set of reagents required for carrying out a successful ChIP-Seq starting from mammalian cells or tissues.

 

DNA NGS Libraries


The  NxSeq AmpFREE Low Input DNA Library Preparation Kit from Lucigen allows you to build the best fragment DNA libraries possible. Lucigen optimized DNA tailing and adapter ligation to ensure peak performance on Illumina sequencers. The kit requires only 75 ng of sheared DNA input and does not involve PCR amplification, producing unbiased highest quality libraries in about 2 hours.

The NxSeq Library Kit and Adaptors are only compatible with Illumina sequencers. Each NxSeq Library Kit contains Enzyme Mix (EM), 2X Buffer (2XB), Ligase (LIG) and Elution Buffer (EB).
NxSeq® Adaptors (Box 1 and Box 2) are available, too.
Each box of NxSeq Adaptors contains (12) different indexed Illumina compatible adaptors with enough of each adapter for 4 reactions. Box 1 contains adaptors 1-12 and Box 2 contains adapters 13-24.

The new NxSeq® UltraLow DNA Library Kit and NxSeq® Single Indexing Kits allow you to build high quality DNA fragment libraries from extremely low DNA input amounts – as low as 50 pg depending on sample type and Illumina sequencer used. If you have more DNA, no problem; you can use as much as 75 ng of input DNA with this system.

The NxSeq UltraLow DNA Library Kit, 12 Reactions contains Enzyme Mix (EM), 2X Buffer (2XB), Ligase (LIG), 2X PCR Master Mix (MM) and Elution Buffer (EB). At least one NxSeq Single Indexing Kit is required to complete library prep and must be purchased separately

Each NxSeq Single Indexing Kit contains a Universal Adaptor and (12) different Primer Indexing Mixes with enough Universal Adaptor for 48 libraries and enough of each Primer Indexing Mix for 4 library amplification reactions (48 total reaction for all primer sets). Set A contains Primer Indexing Mixes 1-12 and Set B contains Primer Indexing Mixes 13-16, 18-23, 25, and 27. Each NxSeq® Single Index equals the TruSeq® LT Index with the same number.

The EpiNext High-Sensitivity DNA Library Preparation Kit (Illumina) is a complete set of optimized reagents to prepare a DNA library from very small amount of samples (as small as 0,2 ng) for use in next-generation sequencing applications. This kit is suitable for preparing a DNA library using sub-nanogram amounts of DNA input for next generation sequencing applications using an Illumina sequencer.

The EpiNext NGS Barcode (Index) Set-12 is designed to construct multiplex DNA/RNA libraries used for next-generation sequencing with the Illumina platform including GAIIx, HiSeq, MiSeq, and NextSeq.
