For more than 18 years Genaxxon has been offering his clients a broad range of high quality PCR and qPCR products.
With the focus on PCR and real time quantitative PCR (qPCR) >, Genaxxon is able to bring new and unique products and further developments to the market. For example, they introduced 2017 lyophilized qPCR master mixes as beads (LyoBalls), as pre-portioned in tube strips or PCR plates or as powder (LyoMix). The lyophilized master mixes offer all the advantages of liquid master mixes, but in contrast they are stable at room temperature and do not have to be cooled.
These lyophilized master mixes are a further development of their real-time PCR (qPCR) master mixes , including Green and Probe qPCR master mixes with and without fluorescent dye. They are specially adapted and optimized for PCR devices from market leaders such as Roche (LightCycler® 480), Qiagen (Rotor-Gene®), LifeTechnologies (StepOnePlus®) and Applied Biosystems (Mx3005P®).
In 2015, their SNP Pol DNA Polymerase was introduced for allele-specific SNP genotyping and point mutations with extremely high primer discrimination rates.
The above mentioned products give the customers great advantages such as time savings and easier handling during their daily work.
